API Haunting
Classifications
As a research team, API
has came up with our own classifications for identifying a haunting.
We are currently revising our
classifications.
· CLASS
1:
No evidence such as:
photos, meter readings, EVP or psychic impressions at the time of the
investigation.
· CLASS
2:
No evidence such as:
photos, meter readings, EVP, but has psychic impressions, such as: a
feeling of being watched, not being alone, catching movement out of
the corner of your eye.
· CLASS
3:
Same as class 2 with
cold or warm spots.
· CLASS
4:
Same as class 3 with
photos of spirit orbs or anomalies.
· CLASS
5:
Same as class 4 with a
very strong sense of presence, such as odors, smells, unexplained
footsteps, rapping, or knocking, unexplainable and inconsistent EMF
readings.

· CLASS
6:
Includes at least one of
the following: Movement of objects, entity photos, or EVP recording in
a controlled environment.
· CLASS
7:
Physical sensation of a
time or dimension distortion.
· CLASS
8:
Actual sighting of
apparition or anomalies with witnesses.
· CLASS
9:
Residual haunting: no
interaction.
· CLASS
10:
Intelligent haunting:
interaction during investigation.
Please remember that
ghosts cannot hurt you, they can scare you and cause you to hurt
yourself.
These classifications do not
contain Demonic or Poltergeist activity. That is because these
are not actual ghostly hauntings, but something completely different.
